My Story

Before yoga, I spent 10 years building a career in the corporate world. It was successful by every conventional measure — but it was yoga, discovered during one of the hardest chapters of my life, that showed me what true balance and healing could feel like.

That experience led me to leave my corporate path behind and train as a certified yoga teacher, in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Over the past two years, what began as a handful of local classes has grown into a global community of students across India, the US, Canada, UK, and Australia — and every class still feels personal to me, whether I'm teaching one student or twenty.

I'm endlessly curious about this practice — not just the postures, but the deeper science and philosophy behind this ancient Indian tradition. I bring that ongoing learning into every class, so students get more than a workout: they get a practice rooted in real wisdom.
